For guests with mobility difficulties, the main floor includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, large walk-in closet and adjoining spa-like bathroom. The master bathroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a heated and jetted soaking tub, a large walk-in shower with a rain and hand-held shower heads, grab rails and a seat.  To complete the downstairs you will find a mud room, which contains a pantry, half bathroom, a deep sink, full-size washer and dryer, and a 1/2 bathroom.

As you walk through the front door at Pacific Breeze, you will find a warm and inviting living room that contains a beautiful gas fireplace, 36” High Definition TV, DVD Player, and Bose Wave Radio System, which can connect to your iPod or MP3 player.

From the living room, a large dining room table with enough room to accommodate everyone in your group. In the gourmet kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances including a gas cook top and convection oven with a warming drawer, a dishwasher, granite counter tops and a large stainless steel sink with instant hot water. The kitchen comes fully stocked (including all plates, glasses, utensils and cookware) for the gourmet cook(s) in your group, or the active family to create simple stressless meals on- the- go as you enjoy your Seabrook adventures.

Pacific Breeze Cottage is a fully furnish, beautifully decorated home with everything provided. The accommodations are extremely comfortably for 6 adults, with 3 bedrooms (all with full private baths!), a full size kitchen, a large dining area and living room, full size laundry and much much more.  In addition to the main house, the carriage house is available and sleeps 2 additional adults comfortably (with a 3/4 bath), or for the teenagers that want that bit of independence.  If you don't mind a little coziness, 4 people can stay by using the full size hideaway bed (great for a family with small children).  

​Continuing upstairs, there is media room and adjoining bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The media room is large enough for the entire family to enjoy a movie on the 42” High Definition TV with sound system and DVD player, or play a spirited game on a Nintendo Wii. The media room comes complete with the best selection of movies (over 300+) in Seabrook, and games for the entire family and all your guests. To the left and right of the media room you will find two more bedrooms with attached full-bath bathrooms. Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a TV with DVD player.

Your dog is welcome however, we ask that you not leave them unattended and not be on the furniture.  For your convenience and your dog comfort, and knowing how cumbersome it is to bring a kennel, we have a kennel available that will house up to an 80 – 85lbs dog located in mud room.  In the house we are also providing a large comfortable bed and blanket for your dog to lie on and curl up into.
